| The State Library of
Louisiana is pleased to announce an exciting after-school
program that will be available to all Louisiana students as of
June 1, 2010 - Homework Louisiana powered by Tutor.com, the
leading online tutoring and homework help service. This program
connects Louisiana K-12 students to a live tutor online for
one-to-one help with homework, studying and test preparation in
all core academic subjects including math, science, social
studies and English.
The State Library of Louisiana is
thrilled to offer this new after-school program to our students
as part of the Louisiana Libraries Connecting People to Their
Potential project which is funded through a recently awarded
BroadbandUSA grant. The service is free to students and
can be accessed from a Louisiana public library or from a
student's home computer.
Homework Louisiana Access and

Thursday from 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Access: At local Parish
libraries or from home by visiting the library's website
- Live Help: A
student connects to a professional tutor in an online
environment for one-to-one help
