all supplies on this day! |

Kindergarten Registration Information |

Kindergarten registration for
the 2012-2013 school year will be held on March 20th from 9 a.m.
to 12 p.m. Please make sure that you bring the following items
to enroll your child.
Requirements:
4 proofs of residence
drop slip from previous school
immunization record
birth certificate
social security card
Note: Please bring custody papers if applicable. |

Parents must bring the following items to register their
children at Juban Parc Elementary School.
Requirements:
past iLEAP, LEAP, and IOWA scores if taken at previous schools
