is time to order your 2011-2012 Jaguar Yearbook! There are so
many memories being made at our school! The yearbook staff is
working hard to capture those memories in photos. We are selling
our Jag Yearbook for $28.00. Don’t miss your chance to get this
year’s book!
You can purchase your yearbook two ways:
1. Online:
a. Go to

b. Search “Juban Parc Elementary”
c. Select “Buy your yearbook”
d. Choose to personalize or click “No Thanks”
e. Checkout
f. Fill out the required information
g. Print a receipt. If you purchase online, DO NOT return this
form to school.
2. Complete this form and send it with your payment to your
child’s teacher in a clearly marked envelope. Please remember
that we only accept check or money order. Be sure that your
phone number is on your check.
